| The holiday flats at the Torre Prima Farm Holiday |

The Torre Prima Farm holiday is situated in the hills 3 km from
San Gimignano. It is an integral part
of the wine producing and
farming business: completing the holding – fields of wheat,
woodland and olive groves.
It is possible to stay at any time of the year in these typical
Tuscany sharecropping farm houses – completed restored, and
an independent villa about 500 metres away from the main building.
The two main buildings are surrounded by a
vast park rich in flowers and fruit
trees, hedges and olive trees; for our guests' comfort
the swimming pool is close to the main structure, enriched by a big
green area and the wonderful view on San Gimignano's towers,
the vineyard, fields and nature.
We have a reception building to welcome our guests and a beautiful
porch with an open space used for Torreprima wine tasting, buffet,
snacks and periodically organized barbecue parties made with local
products. The Farmhouse provides also a free laundry room in co-use
and a wide parking lot.
All of the flats have been restored and furnished in the old Tuscany
style and tradition and meet all the needs of our guests. |

TORRE 2 APARTMENT (80 sqm.): 4 GUESTS

The ground floor flat with
independent entrance, has got a large
and bright living room (40 sqm) with
various sofas and satellite TV, a fully
functional kitchen equipped with fridge/freezer,
electric oven and all the necessary utensils to prepare typical
Tuscany dishes.
With coloured walls the flats seem to be warmer
and more welcoming. 2 large bedrooms (1
king-size and 1 double) a bathroom with shower cubicle and
toilet.
This flat meets the needs of 4
people:
it is also possible to rent this flat to two people at the price
of a two roomed flat.
Outside there is a garden area
with table, chairs, garden umbrella, deckchairs and barbeque.

is the smallest (35 sqm). This one
roomed ground floor flat has got an independent
entrance. There is a double bed with
ironwork headrest, bath room with shower cubicle and toilet,
walk-in wardrobe
with small closet.

with fridge/freezer. Satellite
TV,
sofa and dinner table, terracotta tile flooring,
ceiling with wooden beams.
This flat meets the needs of 2 people.
The flat backs onto the garden which
surrounds the building, with reserved area compete with table,
chairs and garden umbrella and
barbeque.

Cipressino flats are in the independent villa which is about 500
metres from the main
building. This could be a good solution for families and groups. |
