The Winetrain in Siena

There are Winetrain trips every weekend from the station of Siena to Montalcino.
Two furnished coaches with all mod cons, a tasting-coach (working from October 30, 2007) to appreciate and enjoy old wines and to taste the trip with friends, at a little table of a travelling café.
From Siena to Montalcino, in the heart of Val D’Orcia, an exclusive trip for a hundred and fifty passengers, between old tastes and wonderful landscapes. The new slow Tourism takes place in Italy, the cradle of every beauty. For the lovers of travelling, for those looking for primordial life or the new wines of the future, in the middle of timeless art and history. Travelling is harmony, a joyful meal, style. Travelling on the Winetrain will be something to remember, forever.
We leave in the morning, each Saturday and Sunday, heading towards Montalcino, going through cornfields and hills, clay and castles, slowly going back to the gorgeous Val D’Orcia between landscapes and wonderful  corners in the middle of pure nature.

The old station will greet you with the vintage locomotive, the Emporio-coach with all its delicious tuscan food, the Wine-coach and of course the old high quality wine cellar of Roberto Cipresso.
Time for travelling is now. An entire day in between art, good taste, pleasure and nature.
