SWIMMING POOL

Torreprima Farmhouse is provided with a comfortable swimming pool (14m x 7m, open between May and October) that is really close to the main building. By relaxing and swimming guests will enjoy the beautiful sightseeing of San Gimignano's towers and its wonderful landscape.

The swimming pool is equipped with:

• showers
• beach umbrellas
• deckchairs
• restroom and locker room
• barbecue
• green area where you can relax, go jogging, have a massage or have some snack.

TREKKING

Nearby the holiday farm you can find lots of interesting things to do; for instance you can hike and explore the countryside. You can follow trekking trails if you are in the mood for a walk, horse trails if you are interested in pony trekking or mountain bike trails which you can directly take from Torreprima's property.

You can also get involved in wonderful vineyards, trees, vegetation, flowering plants, and animal life as hares, pheasants and deer by just walking around.

Trekking guides will help our guests visiting some of the major areas in the neighborhood:

• nature trails as the Castelvecchio Reserve (San Gimignano) and the Montenero Reserve (Volterra);
• geological trails like the "Balze di Certardo" and the Digo Valley (Montaione), where you can even admire the legendary pots made by the devil;
• the Jerusalem of Tuscany;
• historical trails like the Francigena road (Colle Val d'Elsa), the old Romanian way that brings you back to the Middle Age.

We provide guided tours of our wine cellars where our guest will get in touch with all the different stages of production (tour of the Tinaia, where grapes are collected, tour of the Cantina and labeling).

We will provide also wine and extra virgin olive oil tasting, plus local products and food, directly in the apartments or outdoor in our wide-open space where periodically we set Tuscan cuisine tasting.
